Local Shipping
For pre-orders, the processing/waiting time is stated in the product listings. For in-stock items, we will take between 2-3 working days to process and ship out your order. It may take between 2-4 working days after dispatch for your parcel to reach you.
All local orders (under 1.5kg) are charged a flat fee of $3.50 for Smartpac with tracking.
For orders above 1.5kg (up to 5kg), the flat fee is $7 using QExpress. For customization orders and orders beyond 5kg, please contact us at enquiries@lootabrick.com
International Shipping
For pre-orders, the processing/waiting time is stated in the product listings. For in-stock items, we will take between 2-3 working days to process and ship out your order. All international parcels come with a tracking number and can take between 15-30 working days to reach the designated recipient.
For parcels up to 2kg
Malaysia & Brunei: SGD $10 - $25
Countries in Asia & the Pacific (except, Australia, Japan & New Zealand): SGD $18 - $50
Australia, Japan, New Zealand & Rest of the World: SGD $15 - $70
For any packages above 2kg, the system will auto-calculate a suitable rate and be showed during check out. Please contact us at enquiries@lootabrick.com should there be any issues.
