Terms and Conditions
LAB Points
- LAB points are earned through direct purchases from our website.
- LAB points are given upon completion of an order.
- LAB points expire 1 year from the date they are earned and awarded based on total nett purchase amount, excluding any discounts and shipping fees.
- Members can collect and redeem rewards for all regular-priced items and customized orders.
- All LAB points usage is in blocks of 100 and will be deducted from your balance.
- LAB points cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-transferable and cannot be bought, sold or in any way traded.
- Any misuse of the rewards system will result in account deactivation.
- LAB points can only be used via your personal online account as specified in their terms and conditions.
- Past purchases are not eligible for points redemption.
Discounts
- Any unutilized discounts or points (fully or partially) will not be refunded or extended.
- Tier upgraded reward is a one-time use discount that will be emailed to you when your tier upgrades and can only be used when your tier status is valid.
- Discounts apply to all regular-priced items and are not applicable on sale items, set purchases, bundles, and gift cards.
- Birthday points multiplier will be automatically applied to your orders during birthday month.
- Discounts are not stackable on one another.
Others
- Member status expires after 1 year from the date of promotion. You will not retain your current tier status if you fail to maintain your tier for renewal for another year.
- Each user can earn up to 300 points per month for Social Media tagging and up to 450 points per month for each product review.
