Fixer, designated RC-1140, was an elite clone commando and the second-in-command of Delta Squad, a special forces unit in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. Known for his strict adherence to military regulations, Fixer often referred to his comrades by their operating numbers rather than their chosen names during missions, reflecting his disciplined and by-the-book approach.

Serving under Clone Sergeant Boss, Fixer was instrumental in Delta Squad’s execution of some of the most perilous assignments of the war, including the recovery of the bodies of Jedi General Halsey and Padawan Knox.
