Nezha

Nezha is a revered deity in Chinese Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, and Chinese folk religion, often referred to as the "Marshal of the Central Altar" or "Third Prince." He is widely depicted as a youthful and heroic figure known for his swift mobility on his iconic wind fire wheels.

In modern contexts, Nezha is regarded as the tutelary god of professional drivers, including truck, taxi, and sightseeing bus operators. Many drivers place small statues of Nezha in their vehicles as a symbol of protection and safe travels.

Nezha is also venerated as the patron deity of children and filial piety. Parents often offer prayers and offerings to Nezha, hoping their children will grow up healthy, strong, and dutiful, embodying respect and responsibility.
