Rellana, the Twin Moon Knight, is a boss in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, found within the foreboding halls of Castle Ensis. Born a princess of the Carian Royal Family, she is the younger sister of Rennala, who blessed her with her lustrous black hair. Rellana’s singular act of devotion to the Erdtree was her participation in ritual combat, a symbolic gesture of fidelity.

Under the tutelage of Count Ymir, Rellana mastered the sorcerous arts, though their paths diverged when Ymir forsook his allegiance to the moon. Similarly, Rellana later renounced her royal birthright, aligning herself with Messmer the Impaler despite knowing the moon's light could not deliver him salvation.
