Berserk Slan

Slan is a major antagonist in the Berserk series and a member of the God Hand. She takes the form of a seductive succubus with black, leathery wings and vine-like hair. A sadomasochist at heart, Slan revels in cruelty and the psychological torment it inflicts on others, thriving on the chaos and suffering it creates.

Slan has inspired the foundation of a pagan cult that venerates her as the "Goddess of Flame." The cult engages in depraved rituals, including cannibalistic orgies and the use of hallucinogenic drugs, which they believe grant visions of the future. Through these rites, she delivered a "revelation" to the cult's prophet, foretelling that "the falcon" would "repel the barbarians" and unite the people as "one nation."
